    SBM Management is looking for a HR Program Manager to join their team!  The HR Program Manager understands the linkages between HR metrics, can sift through possible explanations and create the story that delivers insights for our businesses.

    Responsabilidades

    • Serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Employees by handling questions and provides coaching where needed.
    • Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of department staff.
    • Advises and counsels Senior Leadership, Managers, and Employees on HR programs.
    • Generates reports, analyzes statistical data, and identifies trends to inform operational decisions or activities.
    • Develops recommendations for improvement of SBM's HR policies, processes, and practices.
    • Routinely reviews training needs to improve employee development and program compliance
    • Oversees the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
    • Establishes and/or administers special projects in HR program focus areas
    • Designs, reviews, and revises program policies and procedures
    • Audits HR programs, employment records, and organizational documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations
    • Manage Leave of Absence Program for entire Company
    • Ensure I-9 and E-Verify Compliance
    • Establish HR Forms and Policy controls
    • Maintenance of current Job Descriptions and development of job descriptions for new titles
    • Ensure proper Job Classifications
    • Standardization and Documentation of all HR Processes and Procedures

    Certificaciones

    • Bachelor’s degree in addition to 5+ years of related experience in roles of increasing complexity/scope.
    • Proven ability to work through change management activities
    • Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities
    • Ability to manage multiple business priorities and projects effectively
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence by telling a story built on information and data
    • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

    Available Shift:  Full Time

     

    Compensation:  Depends on experience
