SBM Management is currently looking to hire a Business Application Director to join their team!  As the Business Application Director, you will manage our internal facing cloud based business applications and integrations. You will be responsible for driving the business application and integration roadmap and managing future projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Own the IT application and integration roadmap
  • Lead Integration and application development teams
  • Drive Information classification, storage and protection policies across the organization
  • Drives cross functional prioritization of business initiatives
  • Develop IT policies and procedures surrounding business system and the respective data
  • Serve as a program/project manager, as needed, on various cross functional business initiatives
  • Develops and implements formal change management processes for IT business applications
  • Set standards for Systems management, Systems integration and systems development across the organization
  • Service as a consultant to the business on systems and software automation to improve business process
  • Designs and configures or develops software applications to support company processes
  • Manages the training and support function for new enterprise systems
  • Develops reporting strategies to support company information needs
  • Oversees IT support for mission-critical business areas such as Human Resources, Accounting and other corporate departments
  • Develops a roll-out plan for new applications and schedules upgrades
  • Prioritizes projects and work to determine the best options for implementation; assigns project tasks within a supervised unit
  • Ensures that applications comply with security policies
  • Serves as a university liaison to outside vendors and may negotiate contracts
  • Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required

Certificaciones

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry certifications strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. 
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a detailed knowledge of software development lifecycle, Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
  • Experience with integrating data from multiple systems into single application or platform strongly preferred.
  • Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills. 
  • Ability and experience working in a fast paced, evolving environment. 
  • Proven experience managing large and complex IT Quality Process.
  • Proven ability to evaluate new technologies and see how they can fit / not fit. 
  • Must be a hands on leader.
  • Deep expertise and hands on experience is a plus.
