SBM Management is currently looking to hire a HR Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join their team!  This position will support the HR team by reviewing HR and union contracts and ensuring compliance. This position will also support HR by conducting audits and analyzing data.

Responsabilidades

  • Review incoming email requests for union related matters and exercise independent judgment in assigning and managing requests
  • Manage union requests ticketing system, track progress, and assist in fulfilling requests which includes responding to questions regarding union requirements in connection with employee hours, wages, vacation accrual structure, employee status, etc.
  • Track and report union stats through ticketing system and prepare/distribute monthly reports
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for annual union wage increases, and assist in processing same
  • Analyze current wage reports against union contracts and process union threshold wage increases accordingly
  • Assist in building and maintaining union data sheets
  • Ensure compliance with union contracts through new hire and wage increase validations
  • Manage union code validations and process union code values
  • Conduct internal audits as necessary for compliance with union contracts
  • Provide general support for union projects as needed
  • Contract preparation for template agreements
  • Monitor contract deadlines and ensure timely renewal
  • General contracts support and projects as needed

Certificaciones

  • Ability to comprehend complex documents, data and processes and articulate same both verbally and in writing
  • Excellence in time management, prioritizing workload, managing expectations, follow through, collaboration and business writing
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software
  • Experience in contracts a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
