SBM Management is searching for a Senior Employee Relations Manager! The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience working in union and non-union environments. He/she will manage activities designed to establish and maintain effective employee and labor relations through uniform application of the Company's policies, practices and applicable collective bargaining agreements. This role will provide day-to-day employee and labor relations support (coaching, counseling, and advising) remotely to managers and employees in the field on a multitude of workplace issues. This role will also be heavily involved in the development of classification and cataloging employee in labor relations matters for the purpose of standardizing operating procedures and guidelines, in order to more efficiently and effectively manage workplace issues moving forward.
